Ceasa-Campinas offers a space to access Internet and use computers in addition to computer courses. It is called Telecentro Primavera, of Programa Jovem.Com that belongs to the city hall and located in the Flowers market. It helps in qualifying people for the work market and in digital inclusion of the whole community mainly the youth. Telecentro is a partnership with the Informática dos Municípios Associados (IMA).
The monitors that guide the computer users and teach courses are young individuals from Programa Jovem.Com of the city hall. In 2008, the body should serve around 400 people per month. The City Hall Secretary of Citizenship, Work, Assistance and Social Inclusion is responsible for Programa Jovem.Com. |
